New Feature Announcements

We have added the capability for logged in users to sign in and out of sites quickly and easily directly from the manager interface.

This extends to not only managers (site managers + senior managers) but we have also added staff users who have restricted access to the manager interface but are able to sign in and out of multiple sites easily from their smartphone.

Staff users only really have access to their own account screen and to the sites list screen to see any sites they are assigned to. They cannot see site details apart from the site name + site address.

To sign in or out users simply swipe from right to left on the site that they want to sign in to and click the green ‘IN/OUT’ button to start the process.

Common Questions

Yes, iTrak is compatible for use on Apple (iOS) and Android devices. Furthermore, it also has an online web portal for our members to access.

As part of your monthly subscription you are entitled to all new features that we make available on iTrak. In cases where our clients pay additional for custom modifications, these may not necessarily be available to other members.

Absolutely, iTrak has been designed and built to be customisable. If you need increased functionality or additional capability outside of what iTrak currently offers then we can custom build your features for you. You can decide if these are to be available to all other members or whether this remains exclusive to you.

While iTrak does work offline, we highly recommend internet connectivity where possible as some features only work if internet is available. For example, real-time tracking and notifications are only available when the device is connected to the internet. In saying that, iTrak can still allow users to sign in and out of sites when offline and the data is synced up to the server once the device is connected to the internet again.
